Did these signs scare anyone else as a kid?
When I was a kid I had an irrational fear of these signs. They were plastered all throughout neighborhoods in the town where I grew up and I remember getting a chill up my spine every time I saw one. When I was really young I think it was specifically just the shadow man that was scary. However when I got older and learned to read I would still get scared because I was incorrectly assuming that I was in a high crime area (because why would we need to watch for crime if there was no crime?). Who else remembers these?
